Thank you so much for your friendly input. For me understanding Italian is always easier then producing my own written communication, plus I couldn't see which languages you speak on your page. So the free license is a prerequisite for being able to use photos within Wikipedia, however in the German language version I might be better off to double-check. At least now I know that once I have the skills to offer additional illustrations f. ex. from the German version of

It is not sufficient to just mention my name. This is necessary in any case. Naming the author does not release from the obligation to properly license the photo. Also, a link to Wikipedia or Commons is not sufficient and counts as license violation.
