Quel sito non mi sembra possa far testo, ci vorrebbe almeno uno che indichi le opere di Platone e Aristotele a riguardo, incidentalmente l'osservazione che la terra sia rotonda in quanto la sua ombra durante l'eclissi ha un contorno circolare non e' esatta, anche un disco puo' creare un'ombra circolare o un cilindro per esempio, possono dare la medesima impressione (non e' una mia opinione, lo si trova nel capitolo sulla forma della terra nel testo classico Physical Geography di
